2. Shipping Zones & Carriers

• We ship across India using trusted courier and freight partners.

• For bulky or heavy items (e.g. large tables, wardrobes), we use surface freight / palletized transport.

• For smaller items, we use standard courier services.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location (zone).

• For very large / heavy items, customer may be contacted to discuss a more economical freight option.

• Any additional charges (like staircase carry, lift, remote area delivery) will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Delivery Times

• Standard delivery within the same city / metro: 3–7 business days (after dispatch).

• Across states: 7–14 business days (after dispatch).

• For remote / hilly areas, delivery may take longer.

5. International Shipping (if applicable)

• International shipments are sent via air cargo / sea freight depending on customer preference and cost.

• Sea freight shipments are delivered to the nearest major seaport / inland depot; from there, the buyer must arrange onward transport and customs clearance.

• Air cargo shipments can be delivered door-to-door via major courier services (e.g. DHL, FedEx).

• Custom duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included in shipping cost and must be borne by the customer.

6. Packaging

• Once dispatched, a tracking number (or airway bill / freight reference) will be shared via email / SMS.
